We follow Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost.

Incorrect Item Received If we send the wrong item, we will replace it immediately.
